The Centre 
This state of the art centre is excellently resourced with a supportive owner and director. The centre is located within The Sutherland Shire and has onsite parking. This offers a family-oriented environment which is heavily involved in the community. The centre boasts some fantastic resources and has a strong focus on use of natural resources and promotes sustainability. 

The Opportunity
In this full time, permanent role, you'll be working alongside 3 other educators in the large preschool room to provide a rich and fun education program. Due to the centre being highly staffed, workload is significantly reduced, the work hours can be flexible and a monthly RDO is offered. Additionally, the bachelor qualified director promotes regular professional development as well as receiving excellent rates of pay. Graduates or educators working towards their Bachelor are encouraged to apply.

The Ideal Teacher
To apply for this role, you will have had experience working in a childcare centre and must have a bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or be working towards your Bachelor. In addition, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Working toward Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis 
• Working with children clearance
