About your next role
As we continue on our path of growth, excellence and evolution we are excited to expand our Training and Development team and have you join us in the newly introduced role of Product Trainer.
Reporting into the National Training and Development Manager you will work to capture and execute seasonal and category training to equip our Retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the MFG customer experience. Working in consultation with our Product teams across our Comfort and Fashions divisions you will develop training materials and deliver coaching initiatives.
About you
No doubt you have a strong passion for, and technical awareness of footwear which stems from your experience in product development (2+ years). Alternatively you may be a retail trainer who is a bit of a 'shoe nut'. Ideally you also have demonstrated experience in creating product training materials and resources. Naturally confident in presenting to a varied audience, you’re passionate about sharing your extensive shoe knowledge and you’re able to perform well under pressure.
