Position
Integricare is a not for profit Christian organisation committed to providing high quality family and children's services since 1882. An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified early childhood professional to take role of Early Childhood Educator at Integricare Children's Centre Turrella. This is a full-time position, working rotating shifts.

Accommodated in a purpose-built centre, our service at Turrella provides an inclusive and individualised learning program reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework and the NQS. The established, professional team work closely in a collaborative and reflective manner.
Key responsibilities
Degree qualified, you will work collaboratively in a team and lead a team of educators, through your role as the Educational Leader. Drawing on experience and innovative practise, you will observe, evaluate and program for children’s learning, whilst also supporting your fellow Educators through development and progression of the program.
Naturally you will facilitate the development of a physical environment that reflects the educational program, and recognises the environment as the third teacher. You will nurture the existing strong relationships with families and a very collegiate team, assisting to increase their sense of belonging.
Expertise
Knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks and legislation will have been gained through experience and your ongoing professional development; while leadership and relational skills will have been honed through meaningful relationships with parents, families and guiding teams of educators.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
NESA Accreditation
Commitment to inclusive Early Childhood practices
