We’re a Brisbane based employer organisation that works with school based trainees with disability. We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a highly capable, hands-on Manager to join our team to assist the management of the day-to-day activities of the team.  The successful applicant will meet KPIs, problem solve, and deliver a high standard of service to government, and other partners. The person will:

• Be effective in a busy environment with a great team;
• Be an experienced hands-on performer with knowledge of school-based traineeships for trainees with disability, disability employment services, and registered training organisations.
• Be highly organised with very strong administrative and communication skills.
• Be able to manage, train and build multi-disciplinary teams in a geographically diverse environment.
• Be able to develop and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships, to problem solve and prevail in a pressured environment.
• Have a high level of emotional intelligence and superior relationship management skills including written and verbal capacity
• Have very high attention to detail
• Be able to organise the environment as this is not a 9 to 5 position and requires passion, dedication and the capacity to respond to work flows while adhering to a tight budget.

The use of a reliable, personal vehicle is required for this position, and a vehicle allowance is included. A current or preparedness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WCC) is a requirement of this position.

Salary commensurate with knowledge, experience and expertise.
