As a Senior Lecturer in Paramedicine, you will lead and contribute to excellence in teaching and curriculum development in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine. It is expected that the position holder will contribute to the learning and teaching scholarship, and/or research performance as well as to the coordination and leadership of academic administration in the School.
The role entails:
- teaching and supervising honours, masters and/or PhD by coursework students
- providing leadership and support of colleagues to develop high quality innovative teaching informed by reflective practice
- leadership in curriculum design and development that upholds or exceeds higher education accreditation standards
- coordinating units and courses across a National School.
You will need to have:
- a doctorate, or substantial progress towards a doctorate, in Paramedicine or related discipline
- current registration with AHPRA as a Paramedic
- ability to show commitment with integrity to the Catholic Identity, Mission and ethos of the University
- experience in the effective teaching and supervision of honours, masters or PhD by coursework students.

Total remuneration valued to $142,789 - $155,030 pa, including salary component $120,882 - $131,344 pa (Academic Classification Level C), plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
