At Green leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments and practices in our state of the art, purpose built centres. Our new centre based in Seaford Meadows is an impressive, purpose-built facility with indoor and outdoor environments, designed and customised to capture the imagination of all children to play, learn, develop and grow.

Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be empowered to ensure work collaboratively with a team of educators within the centre and deliver high quality, progressive and innovative early learning to the children.

Day to day, you will:

  • Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning and well-being
  • Create positive relationships with team members, children and their families
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other team members on a range of projects unique to this service
  • Support and work in partnership with the Centre Director
  • Approach tasks in a professional and proactive manner, using initiative and flexibility
  • Demonstrate great time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism in both written and verbal communication skills.

You will hold:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Early Education
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood settings, including strong ability in Documenting Children's Learning 
  • A paid Working with Children Check 
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Completed Child Protection Training
  • Availabilities to work Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm
