The Position

We are seeking an experienced administrator for our Assessments team to coordinate the effective and efficient delivery of the Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) function of the Specialist Training Program. The primary purpose of the role is to manage and support the regional assessment panels in the discharge of their duties and the progression of trainees through their emergency medicine training. This position supervises two direct reports.

The successful candidate is required to develop a sound understanding of the Specialist Training Program to provide high quality advice and support to trainees and their supervisors. Working with the Manager, Training the incumbent will have highly developed administrative skills, excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills, good oral and written communication skills, a continuous improvement ethos, data management experience and have a sense of urgency and initiative to prioritise daily tasks appropriately and meet deadlines.
