Centre Director
- Non Teaching Director position. 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
- Brand new, purpose built, 70 place centre.

About The centre
This beautifully presented service is a hidden treasure, nestled away behind the bustling Hurstville area it boasts a very large and sun-filled learning environment with an abundance of high quality resources and educational supplies. This centre is running at around 90% capacity and has garnished a wonderful reputation around the community. The majority of the families have been referred by word of mouth of happy families or are returning families. We are looking for a special Director who will nurture and support the dedicated staff, families and children.
The Role:
The role is for an Experienced Director who is looking to for a new challenge in their career. A strong leader who can uphold the services vision of high quality education and care for the children.
You must have proven experience in a Director’s role (minimum 3 years experience). You will be knowledgeable in all elements of running a centre including ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, complying with OH&S regulations, providing educational leadership to the team and maintaining strong relationships with the families. You will have assistance from a supportive Operations Manager and team. It is a non-teaching role.

Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in ECEC qualification
- NESA Accreditation (For Bachelor qualified)
- Current First Aid, NSW WWCC, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Director
- Nurturing and approachable nature
