About the Role 

Only About Children prides itself on placing quality, compliance and safety at the forefront of innovation and delivery of services across its business. The Quality & Compliance Manager will support the implementation and monitoring of Oac’s innovative safety, quality and compliance systems and support the Head of Education and Curriculum and the Executive Leadership Team within Oac to ensure that Oac is meeting and exceeding all regulatory and child safety compliance obligations.

The Quality & Compliance Manager will work in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including the Children’s Services, Operations, Property & Facilities and Legal and Compliance teams and Oac Campus Directors and teams to ensure that Oac’s compliance frameworks are embedded, fully implemented, reviewed and developed across the organisation on an on-going basis.

What we are looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in compliance, risk or safety management and/or business systems development and management or similar
• Minimum of three to five years demonstrated experience in equivalent roles
• Experience working autonomously within a dynamic group structure
• Knowledge of, and experience with, developing, implementing and auditing against regulatory and safety compliance frameworks in an educational, care or service industry setting
• Qualifications and experience in training program and content development and coaching and training small and large groups
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular excel and powerpoint
