The Role:

Petit Pimpama are seeking an experienced and passionate ECT, who is eager to shape and scaffold our children's kindergarten learning journey.

This is a unique opportunity to synergise your skills and experience to support their optimal development,

We require a Candidate who will:

• Align with our Vision and engage in a collaborative and partnership style of Teaching;
• Be the heart and soul of our Kindergarten Programme and an Advocate for it to the Greater community, children, parents and educators in the early childhood profession.
• Be sensitive and responsive to leading positive change effectively;
• Pay Particular focus to culture, curriculum, environments and community engagement;
• Align with our Culture to build and drive the Kinder programme;
• Energetic, passionate with a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning;
• Guide our educators in the implementation of EYLF and Learning stories;
• Drive Quality consciousness to create a standard of teaching excellence and quality;
• Embed a community engagement approach in learning;
• Build practices of excellence  through the curriculum & environment – i.e. high focus on sustainability and bringing the natural environment inside;
• Have Evidence-based engaging teaching strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a similar position is a prerequisite
• Must hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
• Must have a current working with children's check (Blue Card)
