About the business
Due to rapid expansion Education Training & Employment Australia (ETEA) is recruiting for a Trainer & Assessor for our Community Services program in Mental Health. ETEA is a private college that has been a provider of high quality programs from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma level for more than 20 years. About the role
As the Trainer & Assessor for Community Services - Mental Health your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Facilitate training for the Diploma of Community Services - Mental Health.
- Conducting and evaluating workplace assessments.
- Maintaining compliant student files.
- Providing regular reports on student progress.
- Support students throughout the course.
- Develop session plans for delivery.
Skills and experience
- Diploma of Community Services or higher.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110/40116.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
