The Position
We currently have available a position for an experienced Operations Trainer to join our team. We require someone to work with a network of franchisees and use your knowledge to coach, advise and support them on our Battery World Retail Management System (NetSuite and POS).
You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Taking ownership of the administration and support of the Retail Management System and associated systems
- Improving and updating training material
- Deliver a new improved training module with assessments
- Take direction form the National Operations Manager to identify training requirements for franchisees and their staff across the network
Requirements
To be successful in this role you must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience with a medium to large retail ERP system in training, administration and/or support role
- A love of delivering on the job training to others
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
- A love of travel – this role will require frequent travel throughout Australia
