The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Designer will lead and manage initiatives to enable and support the design, development and delivery of student-centred learning experiences. You will contribute to capability-building programs and activities in the College of Business. The role will provide leadership and expert advice in educational development, learning design and future pedagogies to enhance practice and outcomes in all locations and delivery channels.

The Senior Learning Designer will identify effective, innovative, aligned and fit-for-purpose curriculum design requirements, basing learning and assessment activities on them, which can be readily applied in a contemporary educational setting.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive experience in learning design, curriculum development, resource development and production. You will have highly developed conceptual, analytical and communication skills and excellent organisational and project management skills.
