Downlands College is seeking to fill the role of Deputy Principal for 2019.
Applications are invited from experienced educators who have a passion for the formation of young people. The Deputy Principal will be committed to academic excellence, be a visionary leader and a role model for students and staff. She/he will be a person with energy, joy and resilience to motivate the whole school community; be imbued with a sense of humour; and possess a willingness to understand, embrace and nurture the distinctive MSC ethos. A particular emphasis on buliding relationships is required.
