About the role

• This role will see you leading the Preschool Room. You will provide guidance and support to your fellow Educators and work collaboratively with them to deliver a play-based learning program. You will be working with 20 children on a daily basis and will also be responsible for trainees in the room
• You will oversee the supervision of the children and will lead the daily program
• A key part of the role will be building strong and trusting rapports with the parents , children and the local community

Essential Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor of Education or ACECQA equivalent
• Experience in a Room Leader position desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor - lead by example
• Exceptional knowledge of EYLF and NQF
• Current working with children's check, first aid, anaphylaxis
• Professional communication, written and verbal skills
