About the role

• This role will see you leading the Preschool Room. You will provide guidance and support to your fellow Educators and work collaboratively with them to deliver a play-based learning program
• You will oversee the supervision of the children and will lead the daily program
• A key part of the role will be building strong and trusting rapports with the parents , children and the local community

Essential Skills and Experiences

• Diploma in Childrens Services
• Experience in an Early Childhood setting with strong leadership ability
• Working knowledge of EYLF and NQF
• Current working with children's check, first aid, anaphylaxis
• Professional communication, written and verbal skills
• Experience using story part an advantage
