Position overview

The Research School of Management in the ANU College of Business and Economics has a vision to become the world’s leading evidence-based management school. In support of this vision the school is seeking to recruit academics (Level B or Level C) across a range of management disciplines including but not limited to:

  • Project Management
  • Organisational Behaviour
  • Human Resource Management
  • Strategic Management
  • International Business
  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  • Marketing
  • Business Information Systems

Successful applicants will conduct research of international standing and actively contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the School. They will have a strong work ethic, a practical approach, and be passionate about the quality of their work. Successful applicants will join a strong team of academics who publish in top international journals and hold external competitive grants. The School and College provides an excellent research environment, including internal grants and generous conference travel support.

These fixed term appointments are full-time appointments for an initial period of seven years with the option for renewal or conversion to a continuing position at the end of this period.
