The Role
 
In this key role at Fuji Xerox you will help sales maximize their performance by ensuring our salesforce acquire and master the skills to sell effective value added solutions which will drive sustainable, profitable growth for the company.
 
Some of your key responsibilities:
  • Training, coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance and support growth
  • Work with Learning & Development to embed the sales methodology
  • Identify gaps and development needs and design individual plans to drive cultural change
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure buy-in and commitment to the strategy
  • Collaborate and participate with Sales leaders to lead a sustainable performance sales community
  • Delivery SPIN training, sales inductions and solutions product training.
  • Shifting the sales focus from product features to customer solutions and value
The Person
 
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification, formal sales coaching training and demonstrated experience coaching sales professionals.  You will be able to build relationships and credibility quickly, to help bring down the barriers, diagnose opportunities to develop performance and build individual plans for training and coaching. 
 
You will also have:
  • Experience in sales or business development in print or IT industry
  • Thorough knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Motivating, inspiring trusted professional with a positive outlook
