Our goals for training are simple - teach people the skills for the job they want and give employers the workforce they need. The only problem with this? Word is getting out from the employers, schools and students that we work with and now we need more trainers like you! We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessors in Business and/or Retail and/or Hospitality in any combination or in a singular area is suitable.
Depending on the course, location and students you could be delivering training for:
- Traditional classroom subjects
- On-site or off-site workplaces
- VET in school programs
- Online learning/External
- Traineeships and many more!
Our trainers stay close to industry, employers and schools to keep our training up-to-date and valuable. If you have worked as a trainer in an RTO, you know the high level of compliance you need to uphold for the regulatory bodies. Our super administration team has created easy-to follow processes and materials for you to use from enrollment through to certificate issue. You can't deliver a quality service without regular follow up with your clients and students and we pride ourselves on keeping everyone in the loop.
Does all of this sound like you and the company you want to work for? Of course, as well as the above there are a few key things we need you to have:
- A Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant industry.
- Minimum Certificate III in Business, Business Administration, Retail, Hospitality or other relevant qualification.
- A National Police Check and DCSI child-related employment screening (to be provided when you start).
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in delivering programs in VET or adult education environment is preferred.
Travel across SA metro and regional areas is required of this role.
