ABOUT US

The Skyline International College (SIC) is a fast-growing and innovative RTO/CRICOS provider. SIC is focused on mainstream courses in the area of Accounting, Business and IT. Our goal is to provide students with quality learning experience through education and training. Due to continued company growth in enrolments for 2018, we are currently seeking to contract additional passionate sessional vocational trainers and assessors for our Accounting and Business courses ranging from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering face to face classes and online learning. Additional tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assessing students work regularly and reporting results and monitoring students online activities
• Providing feedback to students and management
• Preparation of lessons and learning resources
• Understanding and analysing students LLN requirements
• Participating in staff meetings, course validation and moderation.

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 or TAE40116
• Vocational or tertiary qualifications equivalent to or higher than area of training
• Evidence of current professional development log and plans
• Current industry skills/experience in relevant field
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills
• Engage and motivate learners using a variety of techniques - Building positive and healthy rapport with students
• Experience in training and assessing international students is desirable
