The Centre is privately owned and there is a core of highly experienced and long term staff. The Centre has a successful educational delivery process and provides many different activities that promote individual learning. The company will provide personal development opportunities and support employees who wish to study.
The applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with children who have come to the centre as babies and follow their progress through their journey to school.
Experience is not necessary, however if the applicant has worked in child care this would be an advantage. Ideally the applicant will have completed a CERT III in Childcare.
I believe that that applicant will learn a lot about caring for children; role modelling appropriate behaviour; and being able to study and understand young children.
