Are you a passionate and highly motivated Course and Careers Advisor excited at the chance to work with a market leading brand in the Beauty sector at Ella Bachė College of Skin and Beauty Therapy? Here is your opportunity.
Ella Bachė College has been training Beauty Therapists since 1963, making a difference in women’s lives through assisting them in their career choices.
In this rewarding role you work with our college and marketing teams to source prospective students through several channels. With a genuine interest in their needs you will provide these prospective students with the information they seek, and guide them through the recruitment and enrolment processes.
Key Responsibilities and KPI’s: in this role you will:
- Engage daily with prospective students in our leads pipeline through outbound and inbound calls, email and face to face interactions – definitely no cold calling required.
- Build rapport with and provide exceptional customer service to all prospective students
- Prioritise your work schedule to engage and interact with potential students as available
- Achieve or exceed monthly recruitment targets
- Conduct regular Information sessions at the college supported by the college team
- Represent the college at external recruitment events such as Careers Markets and Expos
Key Attributes and Capabilities: for success in this role you must:
- Be confident, highly motivated and outcomes driven with well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Have a strong drive for success and achieving targets against clearly defined KPI’s
- Have previous experience working in a dynamic client facing, driven environment, preferably within an RTO.
This is a full time role with some flexibility around working hours to meet prospective student availability.
