Early Childhood Educator Full Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Developing an inspiring Educational program based on the Early Years Learning Framework with inspirational delivery.
- Effectively leading a team
- Passion to incorporate the wider community into every day practice
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Advanced Computer Skills
- KeptMe experience desirable, but not essential
- DCSI clearance
- Mandatory Certificates required
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework
Various Diploma and Certificate lll positions
Responsibilities:
- Communicate positively & openly with children on an ongoing basis
- Support team members throughout the day
- Create a stimulating & positive environment to support development
- Assist children in daily routines & meal time
- Ability to complete paperwork pertaining to individual roles using technology
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate III in Children's Services/Diploma in Children's services
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff
- Creative & cooperative team person who loves & respects children
- Clear passion for early childhood education
