KLC is currently recruiting for a training administrator to work with one of our clients. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this unique opportunity is for a 12 month period.
Our ideal candidate will have great communication and organisational skills, to help us drive performance throughout the learning and development team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating training records and providing support to users within the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally experience in a Learning & Development/Training department or Registered Training Organisation, or a HR graduate looking for their foot in the door
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy skills including Microsoft office
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Maintaining accurate training records
- Ensuring trainers complete training records on conclusion of delivery
- Assisting with user creation, updates and assigning of courses in the learning management system
- Taking a proactive role in identifying solutions for continuous improvement
- Participating in the development of new training programs (both online and face to face)
- Assisting staff with Learning & Development queries
