Our client, is a leading Community Services organisation dedicated to developing positive community well-being through quality programs, compassion, inclusion and diversity.
 
They are seeking an Education Manager to oversee the delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment program in compliance with SEE guidelines including Australian Core Skills Framework, Key Performance Indicators and Pre-Training Assessment requirements. Reports include teachers for these programs and the Compliance Manager.
 
You will be a person with a strong education management background, ideally managing an RTO and with English language programs, able to lead and mentor team members, proven ability to meet performance and program outcomes and with well-developed stakeholder management experience.

To be eligible for this role you must have:

• Management Experience in a Registered Training Organisation  (RTO) or with English Language programs  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated ability to relate to a diverse range of people
• Recent experience and proven understanding of ACSF reporting system, SEE delivery
• Ability to conduct Pre Training Assessments

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience working in the Community Services sector
• Experience teaching ESL within the adult, community education (ACE) sector

Qualifications required for this role include:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (ideally Postgraduate TESOL qualification)
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 0r TAE40116)

Salary package is $86,000 pa including super + salary sacrifice + allowances.
