Our client is a leading International Training Institute seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer/Assessor for a permanent full-time role located in Melbourne.

The main responsibility of this role is to assess student assessments for commercial cookery and patisserie, conduct workshops, visit workplaces and liaise with industry.

We are seeking people who have a well-developed understanding of commercial cookery, can engage students and demonstrate the ability to support students to achieve their learning outcomes.

Working with leading vocational and industry experts this is a great role for those experienced Trainer/Assessors looking for further development.

To be eligible you will need to have:

a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Industry currency
Experience as a VET assessor in commercial cookery
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
