As an Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple service locations and a considerable amount of travel will be required.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager position within Early Childhood Education demonstrating experience in administration, staff management, financial management and HR responsibilities
• An enthusiastic, inspiring and innovative personality with an ability to evoke a positive team culture and build community connections
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards
• Ability to thrive under pressure and be adaptable to a changing environment
• Demonstrated capabilities in team and culture leadership, safety, operational excellence and achieving business results.
