We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our organisation during this exciting growth period.
Key tasks and responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing a broad range of services to prospective and current students. This includes but not limited to:
- Handling and following up on student enquiries
- Managing enrolments
- Maintaining student records
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- At least 12 months office experience, ideally with a RTO or in a call centre environment
- Experience in working with sales target
- Strong attention to details
- Outstanding customer service skills and client management experience
- Proficiency in MS outlook and MS Office suites
- Professional telephone manner
- Organised and able to multi-task
- An effective and clear communicator
- A team player with a positive attitude
