About the Role
We are seeking qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver CPP30316 - Certificate III in Cleaning Operations. Initially these are casual positions with the training delivered from various MTC Sites in the Sydney Metropolitan area. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
Hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or hold a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and willing to upgrade to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
Experience as a trainer and assessor in relevant area.
Demonstrate current industry skills and experience directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
Have the ability to motivate students and deliver engaging training
Have strong attention to detail and time management skills
Demonstrated understanding and commitment towards RTO administration and compliance requirements relevant to the role
Willing to continue to develop their VET knowledge and skills, industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
