About the Role

MTC Australia is planning to add the following qualification to our scope of registration:

  • MSM30116 - Certificate III in Process Manufacturing

At this stage we are seeking expressions of interest for sessional Trainers and Assessors. Interested Trainers and Assessors are required to demonstrate the following requirements:

  • Hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or hold a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and willing to upgrade to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

  • Have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed 

  • Experience as a trainer and assessor in relevant area.

  • Demonstrate current industry skills and experience directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.

  • Have the ability to motivate students and deliver engaging training

  • Have strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment towards RTO administration and compliance requirements relevant to the role

  • Willing to continue to develop their VET knowledge and skills, industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
