The Role


You’ll work as an active leading team member, providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment which meets the requirements of the children and family’s individual needs. You’ll encourage key stakeholder engagement and participation in curriculum decision making, in addition to guiding and supporting colleagues with their pedagogical practice.

The Candidate


You'll be an educator with a child lead pedagogy philosophy, your experience building relationships with parents and children will be key to your success in this role.
Along with your significant experience working in early learning environments, the following will be highly-regarded as we assess your skills/qualifications for a role with us.


• Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA assessed equivalent qualifications
• Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
• Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates;
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues
