We are a 35 place, community run, Child care and Funded Kindergarten in Kew.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and capable Educator to join our team working. We are looking for a Diploma Qualified Educator who is looking to work full-time in an amazing Exceeding the National Quality Standards centre.
Our service is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and runs an indoor/outdoor program through out the day, our ideal candidate would have an understanding of the Reggio philosophy and an interest in the outdoors and bringing the natural environment into their experiences.

About the role, duties will include:
- Working in a room with 2 other educators and up to 10 children.
- Working with the room leader in planning for and implementing the monthly plan.
- Writing learning stories, planning for the children's learning and development, appropriate to their age and abilities.
- Assisting in the daily running and up keep of the room, undertaking cleaning duties, nappy changing and communicating with the families about the children's day and routines
Skills and experience:
- Minimum Diploma Qualified
- WWCC, First aid, Anaphylaxis and asthma training
- A working knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLF, NQS and how to implement them in the planning cycle
- Experience with the planning cycle
- An understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy is desirable but not required
- Experience working with children aged 6 months to 5 years.
