We are a leading global corporate wellness provider seeking experienced Certificate 4 qualified Trainers to join our dynamic team on a sessional basis to deliver training and awareness programs designed to enhance the wellbeing of our clients.  We are looking for trainers in all capital cities as well as large regional centers throughout Australia.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Current driver’s license and car
• National Police Check Clearance and Working with Children Check Clearance
• Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a training or assessing role
• Outstanding  engagement, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, experience with presentation equipment and problem solving capabilities surrounding relative IT interruptions and issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Ensuring programs meet all training requirements to ensure efficient and consistent delivery in conjunction with the senior clinical team
• Managing administrative reports in accordance with compliance requirements
• Ensure all training sessions are accurately documented and accessible
• Attending and participating in team meetings and professional development training
