The Centre 
This is a brand-new centre in the Eastern Suburbs that has two sister centre in Sydney that have achieved an exceeding rating. The centre director believes what makes a centre is the staff and therefore there is an excellent team culture where educators are made to feel part of the team. The conveniently located Centre is on a main road, close to public transport links. The Centre boasts some beautiful resources, plenty of space and lots of natural light. There is a large focus on the whole journey the child makes rather than the product. The Centre has a real family feel and works closely with parents.

The Opportunity
In this full time, permanent role, you'll be working alongside an ECT in the toddler room.  Due to the Centre being highly staffed, workload is significantly reduced. Additionally, the Director promotes regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas and often trials new methods and systems before others. 

The Candidate 
You will hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA assessed equivalent, present with a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to articulate its practical application in the 2-3 age group. If you are a graduate I encourage you to apply. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents.
