Our client is a not-for profit organisation that has been providing quality early childhood education and care since 1905. One of Australia’s most respected children’s services organisations, they provide family support services, early childhood education, resources and mentoring for practitioners and agencies, and more.
They are seeking a university qualified Early Childhood Teacher to work with children in the Preschool age room.
This role is a TEAM LEADER role and will involve exposure to Early interview (Disability and Critical Care) and an outstanding diversity program.
Requirements:
- University qualified – Early Childhood Education
- Eligible for membership of professional association (where relevant)
- Experience working with children (birth-5 Years).
- Team Leader experience is ideal.
- Experience in the delivery of family centred and play based approaches to early childhood intervention and family services.
- Skill in cultural competency.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Current driver’s license
The right person will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a desire to share their professional knowledge.
They will have a passion for providing quality learning experiences for children and supporting parents in achieving positive outcomes.
