About the Role
This role is responsible for the development, delivery, review and evaluation of learning and assessment materials to ensure the students learning experience is of the highest quality.
Duties
  • Ensure the creation of material for the delivery of courses
  • Assist with and contribute towards the running of courses
  • Involvement in the design, development and testing of new materials
  • Ensure courses meet professional standards and obligations
  • Address any course concerns and provide support to Student Services and Student Advisors
  • Take part in the investigation and resolution of student complaints and grievances as well as academic and non-academic misconduct
  • Ensure engagement of practitioners
  • Work effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Refer any issues to the relevant manager
  
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience working for a Higher Education Provider
  • Experience developing learning resources to enhance the student experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Project management skills
  • Prior qualifications in financial planning/financial services (desirable)
  • Bachelors degree
