We are seeking an online content developer for our small training development team. You’ll work alongside SMEs and an Instructional Designer to create multimedia assets such as online modules, interactive scenarios, videos and animations for our online learning packages. This requires strong knowledge and experience using software such as Articulate 360 and Adobe. Knowledge of SharePoint is also an advantage.

As a member of our small training development team. You'll work alongside SMEs and an Instructional Designer to create multimedia assets such as online modules, interactive scenarios, videos and animations for our online learning packages. This role requires strong knowledge and experience using software such as Articulate 360 and Adobe. An understanding of SharePoint would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities
• Strong authoring skills in developing eLearning or multimedia
• Provide technical skills in: multimedia, interactive scenarios, animation, graphic design and video productions to develop interactive and rich media solutions for a learning environment.
• Provide expert advice in the identification and resolution of technical issues relating to the development and deployment of courses (such as publication to a LMS).
• Develop and maintain knowledge of new multimedia and design tools, software, technologies and design trends to ensure currency of development solutions
• Create and maintain effective working relationships in a small team and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture which is team based, collaborative, consultative and outcome focused.
Desirable requirements
• Qualifications in Multimedia, Digital Media Design or similar
• Experience creating content with Adobe, Articulate 360 or similar
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of the multimedia role and have a team orientated approach
