What's on Offer?

Many wide and varying teaching vacancies are available in all school settings across our great state now and in the future.  We have a particular focus on new secondary syllabus subjects for 2019 such as Literature, Psychology, Design, Engineering and Digital Solutions but are seeking primary, secondary and special education teachers with a range of experience to teach in our beautiful state.  More information about our regions can be found here ( https://teach.qld.gov.au/teaching-with-us/our-schools ).

To be eligible to participate in the Interstate Teacher Recruitment Program you must:

• Reside in an Australian state outside Queensland ; OR
  
• Currently hold teacher qualifications (be in your final year) of an education degree in an Australian state outside Queensland; AND
• Be eligible for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; AND
• Have a valid Australian Visa with work rights (if you are not already an Australian Citizen or permanent resident); AND
• Have not been previously excluded from employment as a teacher with Queensland Department of Education.
