Transqual is currently seeking a Full-time or sub-contractor Trainer to deliver and Assess Transport and Logistics qualifications across Victoria & Tasmania Regions.
The role requires the delivery of a range of high quality training and assessment services in conjunction with legislative requirements and industry standards both on-the-job and in classroom environments.
Successful applicant must have the following Essential criteria:-
- TAE40110 - Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Cert III or IV in Warehousing / Driving Operations or relevant Industry experience
- Cert III in Harvesting and Haulage FWP30216
- Current Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence
- High level knowledge of ASQA and understanding of VET Quality Framework, particularly Standards of NVR for registered training organisations.
- Ability to relate well with Learners
- Understanding of training methodologies
- Experience with resource development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Show initiative and willingness to support others
- Have high level of written and verbal skills and attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and work independently
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and produce quality outcomes.
Desirable criteria:-
- Cert IV Driver Training qualifications
- Cert III or IV in Logistics or relevant Industry experience
- Dangerous Goods Licence/Instructor
- Qualified Forklift Instructor/Assessor
