Your new role
In your role as Centre Director, you will drive high quality practise and occupancy with your enthusiasm and passion for Early Childhood Education. You will be responsible for leading and training a team of educator’s and have excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You will use your excellent communication skills and approachable manner to form positive relationships with families and the local community.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for Early Education
- ACECQA assessed ECT degree
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent managerial experience and confidence to lead a team
