The Role

As a Casual Educator for Journey, you will:

• Be Cert III or Diploma qualified
• Enjoy the opportunity to work with a high performing team
• Be inspired by our passionate and experienced educators 
• Be flexible with availability as you may be called in advance or on the day
• Welcome the experience of working with a variety of age groups
• Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment for all children in your care
• Have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Embrace the Journey values of Connection, Communication and Consideration
• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families
• Collaborate with families and the community through interaction, curriculum and documentation
• Maintain an environment of consideration where we care for and respect ourselves, others and the environment.
