Are you currently a Student Services Advisor and looking for a step up?
This is an amazing opportunity to step up and lead a diverse and vibrant team whilst providing administration support to students. This company is an exciting online Education business that is growing rapidly currently making them one of the most successful businesses within its sector.
Responsibilities;
- Support the student services team and lead by example, expanding your existing knowledge
- Support the enrolments team and identify and report any improvements that can be made
- Oversee and support the fees process and flag outstanding payments
- Handle all enquiries from students and ensure they are managed efficiently
- Assist with internal training to broaden the team’s knowledge and understanding, highlighting obstacles and how to overcome them
- Liaise and support internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience demonstrating leadership within their last role and have the ability to provide training and high-level support to their team.
