The opportunity
We are looking for a Childcare Director to join our centre in Sans Souci. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for:
- Team leadership and development with educator engagement
- Parent request and satisfaction
- Requires some time on the floor
- Day to day operations of the centre
- Monitor all staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF and Honey Bee standards
- Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Assist with implementing and evaluating programs indoors and outdoors
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a director role is essential
- Innovative and fresh ideas for the development of the centre
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Being proactive within the centre and learning environment
- Able to work in a team environment
