About the role
This position is to provide maternity cover for a minimum of 6 months with possibility of extension. The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced Room Leader who takes a lead on developing a child-led program and work with an experienced team of educators to create an environment where children in your care will thrive. This position commences immediately.
You will have:
- Confidence and leadership ability.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of EYLF and new NQS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing an educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes.
- Experience in mentoring and developing staff.
- Ability to ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
- Experience in using Kindyhub
- The desire to take ownership of your role and make a positive contribution to a supportive and collaborative team

Qualifications
- Diploma in Children's Services
- Supervising Officer Certificate
- Working with children card
- Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
