About the role
The Project Officer, International Partnerships is responsible providing project support for the Manager, International Partnerships in relation to the University student exchange and study abroad program. The incumbent will work collaboratively with international partners, agents and providers, faculty and Academic Services colleagues. In addition, the role will provide project support for the research mobility program.
About you
- The appointee will have a relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in the provision of learning abroad and student exchange services and advice within a higher education context.
Excellent and well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills including demonstrated experience in a cross cultural context. - Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with high level problem-solving skills, ability to think flexibly to develop tailored and innovative programs to meet stakeholder and student needs.
- Proven ability to work across complex student service environments with highly developed time management and prioritisation skills, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
