Childcare Nominated Supervisor

Springs Early Education is one of Toowoomba's newest, family owned and operated centre in a fantastic location in South Toowoomba.  We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor to lead our fantastic team of Educators.  Permanent part-time or full time hours are available along with flexible roster to support work, life balance.  If you are a current Nominated Supervisor looking to work in Toowoomba's leading Childcare centre with local owners who will support you, then please apply for this position as we would love to meet you today !!  Salary package and hours are negotiable and a bonus structure included.

Your qualities:

·  A passion and desire to work with young children and lead a team in a modern, well resourced and friendly centre.

·  Experience in an Early childhood setting or similar role.

·   A minimum of Diploma in Children's Services 

·  A friendly disposition and professional work ethic

·  The ability to build and nurture relationships with Children and their families.

·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. 

·  A current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and CPR Certificate

·  A current Working with Children Check or equivalent
