Mint Child Care & Kindy is providing a fresh approach to Early Years Education & Development. With an experienced management team Mint Child Care & Kindy's vision is to be regarded as the centre of choice for families and be recognised as Perth's leading child care centres.
Mint Child Care & Kindy is located 10 min south of the CBD with public transport available.
The successful applicant will be a friendly, outgoing and approachable individual who work well in a team but also work well autonomously. Outstanding communication skills are essential as is a professional level of presentation. Applicants must meet the selection criteria for the to be considered for interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all centre staff ensuring they are able to fulfill their roles effectively and provide the best possible education and care to our children
- Promote positive relationships with the Families and the wider Community
- Manage, monitor and meet all targets and report on KPI's
- Ensure all child care regulations and licensing requirements are met
Essential Skills:
- Qualifications in Early Years Education
- Previous experience in a Management position within Childcare
- Demonstrated experience in reaching targets and KPIs, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
- Be positive and professional with the ability to successfully lead your team
- Strong commitment to providing high quality of service for the children, families and the team
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and use initiative to continuously improve
Whilst this is a contract position to February 2019 we do seek someone who will integrate, join and lead an inclusive team whilst bringing and imparting their knowledge and experience.
