Are you an experienced Childcare Centre Director and looking for your next challange ?

BRC Childcare is currently working alongside an innovative Childcare Centre in Sydney’s South. Seeking an experienced centre director to take the led with the day to day running of the centre. An attractive salary package is on offer, with access to ongoing training and development from a supportive team of passionate educators.

The successful candidate will ideally:

·          Hold or be working towards a Nationally Recognised Early Childhood Teaching Degree.

·          Have Centre Director experience with a placement size of 60+

·          Hold a high level of experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard’s, National Law and Regulation’s.

·          Proven leadership and coordination skills, including the ability to successfully supervise new team members to achieve a high-quality standard.

·          Have a strong commitment to self-improvement.

·          Have a well-developed level of written and oral communication.

·          Be a highly motivated and committed individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

·          Ensuring centre policy, procedure and philosophy are adhered to at all times.

·          Maintaining professionalism while building a rapport with centre staff, children and families.  

·          Ensuring age appropriate and relevant programming is provided for the individual needs of all children.

·          Informing parents about the centre program while consulting with all family members about their child’s individual needs.  

·          Being held accountable to the licensee, staff, parents and to discuss the developmental needs, problems and successes of their children.    

·          Taking part and leading staff meeting’s, attending conferences and training courses where appropriate.

Please note this is a Full-Time role you should be available Monday to Friday.
