About the Role
As the Head of Campus, you will be responsible for the daily running of the campus, management of student enrolments, maintaining staff cohesion, developing appropriate Policies and Procedures and setting high standards for student learning and teacher performance. You will work collaboratively with other Heads of Campus to ensure continued growth of the colleges, and KPI's are met as per strategic organisational goals. You will have a strong focus on student and staff wellbeing and encouraging innovation.
The Requirements -
- Hold current or are eligible for full QCT registration
- Passionate about Student Learning Outcomes
- Previous experience in a Leadership position within Education
- Enjoy problem solving, thinking creatively and looking at the big-picture
- Have an understanding of and ability to solve conflict in a supportive and collaborative way
- Can build relationships based on trust and respect with campus staff, community members, key stake holders
- Can advocate for the needs of staff, families and students alike
