The Role
  
The Trainee program allows you to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care within 12 months whilst gaining paid industry experience in a fun professional team of educators.

It is a permanent position - once you complete your qualification you stay on with us as a qualified Educator!

We have a number of Trainee opportunities in our Sydney campuses (Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches)

All locations are accessible by public transport and some have parking available nearby.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of playing and learning materials and set up of the children's environment
• Supervision of children's play
• Preparation of light snacks and meals
• Helping children with daily routines
• Maintaining a safe, clean and appealing environment

About you
 
Our ideal candidate for our Traineeship Program is an individual who demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for a hands on career with children aged 0 to 5 years. We are looking for driven, creative and bubbly candidates. School leavers are encouraged to apply (must be over 18).
